91 F350 rebuild. "Big Black"

doesnt seem like much, kinda ghetto, but it strong and works. Dont have the facilities to take cab and box off, so gotta work around that. only got hand tools with a welder, **** takes so long!

i had a cool little mazda b220 i bought in august 11, fixed up and was the best damn winter car i could ask for.(other than mileage)-his name was Frank, and i gre very attatched to him, after living on a week on my buddies couch and welding him all day.

My sang and newly aquired mazda

Rotted

i ****ing loved that truck..
my gf sends me the link to this huge monster that i instantly fell in love with. she jokingly said you should get it...i took it seriously.
I scrambled to sell my Frank, noody was buying, seller was getting antsy..so i sold my mesa dual rectier amp for 1200, cabs for 500, and few misc itmes like headphones, silver jewlerey, silver coins to fund this new truck. I scraped together 2000$ in a week and a half, and the truck was mine.

How she looked when i brought her home. picked her up feb 28, took this mar 12/12

had exmas for better part of april so not much work got done. sold my beloved frank early april, so had a bit of funds to buy things and sustain life. once may hit i was free, dove into the truck 2nd week of may. may 15th i realized the auto is poop and started to heave it. That night my stang spun a bearing, so my fun was gone, at least it keeps me focused on truck.

may 20th i started ripping into the truck for good

was on sale for 2.50 a can so i loaded up. this is THE BEST **** for sealing any gaps, welds or seams, especially inside the cab corner where ya cant reach. just aim higher, and unload, it will all gunk and pool up in there, sealing it from any oxygen cant wait to rub off old flaking **** underneath and coat everythign underneath as well as interior of cab, gunna be smooth and quiet

one thing i instantly noticed was wrong on the truck was it appeared to say it only had 39 thousand kms...no way.. well onc ei pulled the cluster out, i saw what was up. someone before had used a sharpie to cover the 4, so it has 439k lol. fackin *******s.the previous owner sold it to me claiming 339k. i was buying it one way or another as long as it ran.

after i rebuilt frank my red truck, i promised myself i aint doing this kind of **** anymore!...big black is worse by an order of magnitude of 100! but just feels so bad *** being at the helm of an old school diesel rig

That and its a bricknose XD! And 439k is about 1/2 - 3/4 of that engines life....but like we always say. The truck will rot away around the engine.
