I took a few pictures of my trucks engine compartment today. Since realizing I wasn't as attentive as I should have been in the beginning...
Since I don't have a lot of knowledge of the engines yet, I don't know how to recognize stock vs not just yet.
Not stock...Airaid CAI.
And I just had to share this...Irritates me. The exhaust....
I love the exhaust, the way it looks from the outside anyway.... Duals, dumping out the rear sides...
But Here you can see where it was cut up front... and sized DOWN.
Then it comes back, and has SOME KIND of resonator/muffler in place...who knows...but steps up again...
Then steps back DOWN again, and into a restrictive "Y" pipe split...
So yes, exhaust will be next...and I was wondering why it felt like it didn't spool as fast!
So now I need to be on the hunt for a good exhaust.
