The truth is that congress passed the legislation in 1990.

I refuse to do this on a truck forum. This thread was about ethanol. I live it every day. I watch people suffer and struggle every single day. There is overwhelming evidence that the current administration has single-handedly destroyed an entire industry and changed the lives of thousands of people. I'm done with this. This is how it's being done.
