I do understand that the coal industry is under heavier regulation, but I question anybody to show a direct quote from the EPA that "it will proceed with shutting down the coal industry even if Congress does not pass the needed legislation."
The truth is that congress passed the legislation in 1990.
I refuse to do this on a truck forum. This thread was about ethanol. I live it every day. I watch people suffer and struggle every single day. There is overwhelming evidence that the current administration has single-handedly destroyed an entire industry and changed the lives of thousands of people. I'm done with this. This is how it's being done.
