302 spark plug suggestions?

Learned something, 
Going to have to try the Auto 26 plugs. Currently running Auto 45 with a 68 302 w/ Holley 4bbl and Dura ll ign. it seemed I either had to clean the plugs too frequently, or replace. Swapped for smaller jets and now the plugs appear to be burning fine??

Just an FYI. While all modern FI systems have an O2 sensor most people running carbs don't think they can make use of them. By buying a wideband O2 sensor and installing it in the exhaust it can help you tune your carb and check your A/F ratio at various engine speeds and loads while on the road.
They cost around $200 but you can move them from car to car. The only thing that you have to do is get a bung for the sensor welded in to the exhaust pipe. When you remove the sensor just install a plug.
