Got it a while back actually, but haven't been online much lately, anyhow its aluminum, in pretty nice shape, springs still good, windows work, but the channels need cleaned out. Got it for $40 from some guy whose son bought a truck with it on there and he didn't want it. I'm very pleased with it so far. Just a little update on my truck. Still have lots more planned for it.
That was one heck of a find my friend; better yet, dirt cheap. From my experience, don't find many camper shells for the 61-66 Ford pickup with that good of a fit. With winter coming-on suggest take a few minutes and make any minor repairs to prevent leakage.
Similar set of circumstances but it was I who pretty much gave my 65 camper shell away, been kicking my backside since. Now only need the sliding glass rear window so fido can come and go as he/she pleases. Again, great find!!!
