Exclamation New Guy needs help

Hope I am doing this right.........2004 F-350 ..The exhaust gas so rich, it burns you eyes.....No exhaust leak, its all coming from the end pipe..... 4" cat back
Now a little history......bought the truck in 2011 and 2 weeks after I bought it I had oil leaking from some ICP ? seal on the top of the motor.. Dealer fixed for 300.00 (Rip OFF) then HP oil pump went out.. Found a good guy in Dallas who pulled the cab off the frame and took the engine apart and replaced all failed ford _*&*&^ parts. EGR delete, ARP studs , Evolution programer, 2 fuel injectors, stripped and cleaned the turbo and 4" cat back exhaust. Ran great for 6 months and started going thru injectors. #1 in New York, 2 & 5 in Missouri, made it to PHX AZ and now my Programmer was saying only 36 volts at the ficm.. So I installed the famous Bullet Proof Diesel FICM and my programmer is now saying I have 48.5 volts but the # 2, 4 , 7 injector contribution balance issues.... My questions are 1. did the low voltage damage the other injectors . 2. could this be the reason for the rich fumes. I never had a problem with the fumes, Truck has no smoke at all, starts fine, no cold starts, I did update the Programmer from the Evolution web site , but they told me that it did not change the running program....so it could not be their fault. The guys in Dallas explained that they installed a stage 2 FICM ???? and to make sure not to ever have it flashed by a dealer .....the Bullet Proof FICM I only changed the VOltage side so the ficm program did not change ...Don't know where to start .......Have not found any one in AZ I trust.:- any help would be appreciated

you could just have injector stiction. and the injectors may be saveable.
im not sure about your rich condition though.
what oil are you running? what oil filter are you using?

we have some great folks here that will give great advice. they should start dropping in soon.

I don't know if I am buying bad injectors from Oreily auto parts, or should I replace all of them at one time....... I am tired of doing them 1 or 2 at a time.... I am going to have to take it to some one for diag. Whats weird is it will run fine when I first start it and after about 20 miles or so then the code show up on my programmer and it starts running like crap.......but the fumes are there all the time even when its running good. I reset the codes on my Programmer and the next day same thing happens after 20 miles or so

if you want one that works with a laptop then I would say AutoEnginuity.
I just purchased it a few week ago and I like it. although you will need the ford enhanced version. about $400 out the door. it does a lot of stuff.
or you could go all out and get the Ford IDS for a couple grand.

lets get some information about your truck posted.
what year?
how many miles?
what kind of oil do you run?
what oil filter do you use?
what all has been done sence you have had the truck.

you said your getting your injectors from oreillys, which ones are they. most around here would say motorcraft new or motorcraft refurbished only.

Bad FICM is reported to damage injectors for sure
also check harness' for wire chafing
You can check the injector solenoids:
