You need to run a bubble test to see if you have gases of combustion pushing into the fuel supply, secondly you need to have the dynamic fuel pressure tested as low fuel pressure is the most common source of injector damage, fuel pressure needs to stay above 45 psi at WOT ( wide open throttle ). You also need to use OEM oil and fuel filters and OEM oil filter cap. Using aftermarket oil filters can allow unfiltered oil into the HPO system and cause problems on the oil side of the injectors.
You noted o-reily oil filters , always use OEM or racor filters,Take a look at your oil filter cap is it Aftermarket cap? OEM is short the others are tall .I will see if I can pull up the two
Thanks still not sure what to check with the rich fumes ...........will work on new filters tomorrow, and schedule diags of the injectors.............I will update progress.......thanks all for the help and if any idea's come up with why all the fuel is not burning let me know............I will update if my guy in AZ comes up with any answers.

The raw fuel is from a malfunctioning injector.

X2 good call Brett, big Question for Big J do you use fuel additive if so How much 4 oz per every fill 22 gallons will do, Check the fuel Pressure and use OEM Filters ?
I have had so much done on this truck...........I do use 4-6 oz of additive per instructions on the bottle.........Lucas is what I have been using.......I have used sea foam as well.. But I have had the Ficm off 5 times in the past 6 months...........I had an oil leak and had to remove it to fix the valve cover leak..... The plugs on the ficm have broken locking tabs but they seem to be all the way in........I was worried about them and have been looking at the new plugs ........( The weird thing is ...it runs good every morning and after 20 miles or so the # 7 inj.... has misfire and contribution balance codes show up ......some days # 4 shows up yesterday # 2 show up.......most days its only #7....... Schedule a Ford guy to hook up to ford scanner .......will update
