Or you could find a shop that has this machine and it can save you a lot of time and money

I know there are a lot of different additive like arcoil and rev x but those are only a temporary fix.

Elaborating on a nighthawks post has any used or heard of anyone using an ultrasonic cleaner on there injectors. How well did it work?

Doing it yourself hardly takes any money, but it does take a lot of time. $90 for harbor freight ultrasonic cleaner, $20 for actual cleaning powder, and time is a lot cheaper than paying a shop rate and still not getting what you want. That machine doesn't clean the oil side of the injectors, which is the side that stiction problems happen in our 6.0s.

It works great, if you take them completely apart (instead of just the spool valves) they operate like new. Here's another thread on the subject

Fixing stiction - Ford Powerstroke Diesel Forum

I've done about 15 full sets now, haven't had anyone come back with any problems yet, and it saves them a crapload of money over new injectors.

As the machine is cleaning the injector side, an engine flush is added to the oil. This flush cleans the oil side of the injectors as well as what gets past the rings from the combustion chamber. An oil change must be done after the engine flush.
