I did a search and didn't find a fix for 2002 plus models, only the separate TPS IVS stuff.
I have the integrated assembly and need to replace (or clean??) the sensor.
I pulled the assembly out and its all pressed in junk.
Any way to get in there to clean the potentiometer?
I saw a new one at APDTY dot com for $489, OUCH!!!!
It's doing the typical jerky stuff, but not while on cruise control, thats why I think its the sensor in the pedal.
If all else fails, here is a new one. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2001-2003-Ford-Super-Duty-Excursion-7-3L-Accelerator-Gas-Pedal-Sensor-OEM-NEW-/191012418999?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2c793a35b7
I have read and heard about throttle pedal troubles before and see that the one linked is for 2001-2003......guessing it doesn't fit or work with the '99-2000??

It can fit if you change to the single connector and rewire the plug. There is a pigtail available to do that. Motorcraft # WPT-533
