1965 F250 2WD came with Twin-I-Beam front suspension with coil springs.

If you have a straight axle and 2WD, it's a 1961/64 F250 with leaf spring front suspension.

It would take a lot of custom fabrication and welding you need to make a transfer case mount and figure on making all new driveshafts front rear and center or get a married t case but then you'll need to get a trans to mate up to a t case. Front axle new headers to clear the front axle pumpkin probably a front axle make leaf spring mounts and shackles depending what's goin on with your truck id figure the vin number matching the rest of the truck first.

Slide an F150 4x4 chassis under your body and get to work.

First off, the T-case lever is the least of your concerns.........Im not sure what your getting at regarding your axles, clearly you cant use your existing axles, since you have 2wd axles currently. Easiest solution is to buy an existing 4wd truck, or at least a 4wd chassis from that era.......

If you do have a stiff axle front end, you just need a donor truck for the axles, u-bolts, t-case, etc. It shouldn't be to hard.

Also, periods and capital letters make things easier for slow people like myself to understand.
