Smile Sliding rear window

Anyone ever install a sliding rear window in a 2011 ranger sport? Is this a DIY project or should it be left to the pros? Thanks for your time. Tim

Im assuming its similar. I have done it 2 times on my truck. Get someone to help you. And make sure to get the proper "sticky, black, gets on everything, rope seal whatever you call it" Its a real mess to clean up, before and after, but not that bad of a job. I was able to get to the bolts that hold the window without removing all the interior panels.

I did it on my 04 which is basically the same truck. I had to remove the seats to access everything but I am 6'3" and mine is a regular cab. Be sure to use black butyl tape to seal it and don't over tighten the nuts. The hardest part for me was removing the push pins that hold the interior trim pieces down. I had to break them and buy new ones.
