power!!!
looking for some easy cheepish upgrades that will make my truch have a little more power and run better over all. looking for some new ideas. thanks for any help.
its a 1986 f150 regular cab base model with the 300 4.9L
as far I know its all more or less stock no major upgrades..

there are no computer codes that I know of.. theres no light on on the dash or anything.. and I cant find anywhere to hook up a scan tool maybe you can help me with that..
and as far stuff un hooked I went true he vacuum digrams and fixed all open ends. the only open hoses are to the air pump for exaust that was removed.... not sure if that's affecting anything...
and the only wires are like large plugs that don't apper to ever have been pluged in....

my truck is a carburetor model not fuel in jection and I if I read right those are for efi

You have a computer-controlled Feedback Carbuetor as well as a computer-controlled ignition. So, yes, pull the codes....
