I still have not removed mine yet.
these pics are a bit fuzzy, but I think it's still clear that somethings not right.

Mine came with some grease to use at installation. I think that is supposed to help prevent the squeaking.

Sounds like a cross-communication in part names from Prothane.
I'll have to look some more, maybe I have some other bushings left. I have not actually installed any of them yet, so it's still a bit confusing.

BTW, it looks like I may have some leaf spring bushings left over. In all, I have 12 leaf spring bushings, and I replaced them with standard bushings last year.
I have 2 packages containing 6 bushings labeled as follows:
1. FORD 2WD RR BUSH F100/150 57-72
2. FORD 2WD RR BUSH 73-9F100/-81F150
I think I tried this kit when I replaced my leaf spring bushings, notice they don't mention the F250. Although, the kit is sold through JC Whitney as fitting f100-F350.
Anybody know what RR means?
Me thinks I have it figured out now. I found another package labeled S/A bushings. That's what I needed. They look more like the right size.

As for the extra bushings, some rear axles (like mine) had the 1250 lb springs (rather than an even 1/2 ton) which has a seperate system on the rear half of the spring, called the "Flex-o-matic". It goes around, and over the spring, with a flat spot on the top. Hard to describe, but here's a link to a pic of the spring system: Flex-o-matic It takes 3 bushings on the rear of each spring, rather than 2.
It's in .pdf format, so scroll down to about page 22 (in the Acro-reader, not the page on the catalog, it's different) and you'll see it.
Page 16 will show you what your front radius arm bushings should look like; note the difference between the F350 ( box on right side) and the F100-F250. The 1 ton bushings will install, but not properly, nor will they work correctly. Ask me how I know!
You'll also see the I-beam (axle-pivot) bushing on that page as well. It's the same for 1/2 to 1 ton.
HTH!
