Lift need for my truck to clear 35s

I have a 1991 F150 XLT Lariat that is currently leveled with 33x12.5x15 BFG mud terrains. I know a lot of people have asked discussed this but I have yet to find out what I really need. My 33s rub a tad at a full turn with the level. What is the lowest body lift or suspension lift I would need to clear 35s?? I have a 3" Performance Accessories body lift kit that I got for free but haven't put on. I'm not sure if I want a body lift since all it does is lift the body(obviously), but suspension lifts are pricey. I like the look of my truck now but I want 35s. I want them to be as flush in the wheel well without rubbing, or trimming anything. You think a 2.5" suspension lift would do the trick? I know suspension lifts sag a little so maybe not. Maybe a 3" or 4". Idk, any and every suggestion will be considered and help me a lot. Thanks
