One last thing that i forgot. Truck starts in like 5-7 sec. However once it turns over I have to hold it a lil while longer for it catch. Once it catches it acts like it wants to die then it comes back to life. Does this twice before it smoothes out and runs.

Icp has me confused also. When posting numbers do it just like this.
Warm engine up to 190* ECT, truck in park or neutral, all accessories off, post 3 sets of numbers one at KOEO, two at low idle, third at high idle (2500 RPM)
post icp,icp volts, ipr%, and FICM main power

Given it won't rev over 1200 rpm I would suspect EGR stuck open or throttle plate stuck closed.

Fuel pressure would be nice to know

Everything is off. The truck was warm. I will let it run a lil longer this evening and post numbers again. Truck has an egr delete with a plate. I didn't think about the throttle plate. One other thing I also forgot early. If you give it gas once you let off you have to let off and then tap the peddle a few times to keep it from dieing

ICPV @ 1.24 at KOEO is a problem, and IPR @ 31 while idling isnt good either. If it isnt the EGR im wondering if the HPOP isnt failing.

Yea, I'm thinking get the HPOP system confirmed or condemned, and then move on.

Is engine able to run long enough to hit 185+ ECT?

Until then the idle IPR% is meaningless.

It will run until it runs out of fuel if you let it. I will let it run a lil bit to warm up and then post new numbers. I was hoping it wasn't the hpop. I believe its the original though. Now hopefully I can finallybget some one in my chapter to answer me so I can get some help with the hpop.

I let it warm up and there wasn't much difference in the numbers. Could it possibly be bad or sticky injectors?

You need to let it warm up to 185 to 190* and then check the IPR%

It ran for over an hour so it was good and warmed up. Let it run while tried to look up the next parts need that broke. Maybe you guys can help need the rubber hose that goes from the intake manifold to the hard plastic housing just before the turbo. Also need that hard plastic housing. Hose was dry rioted and housing is cracked and broken on bottom where hose connects

It does the map sensor by the AC box

Your ICP VOLTS is causing the problem

So ICP Volts never changes
