Will a bad Nox sensor cause No Start condition?
Does anybody know if a nox sensor will cause a no start condition? I just bought a 2011 that will not start (cranks over ok). I am getting codes U059E and P225A codes for nox sensor. I am curious if these codes will fail safe the computer to not start.

Bad NOX sensor put my truck into limp mode without a check engine light 18 months ago - didn't have a code reader at the time. The truck could be shut off and started again but remained in limp mode. I don't think it by itself would create a no start condition.

The U059e is invalid data from NOX sensor 1
p225a is for internal memory of the NOX sensor. Check the fuses, the codes could be caused by the computer not receiving any data from the sensor,
because it is not on. The same fuse could also power whatever is not allowing it to start.
It is just a place to start, NOX sensors won't usually cause a no start.
