My 6.4 Problems continue....

Ok, most of the regulars on the forum know about my issues that started from me getting stuck and having to leave the truck overnight with the exhaust under water. I have replaced the turbos and cleaned all the oil out of the DPF and I have driven the truck about 150 miles since the replacement. It is going into regen at first after about 20 miles, but it has stetched to about 40 miles, so I am assuming that it is going to keep stretching out until it gets normal. My problem now is, when I start the truck, everything is good. I can drive about a block and I start getting a heavy white smoke from the exhaust. after about 5 miles, it turns to blue smoke for a little whole. The truck runs great and I only notice a slight surging when I am accelerating up to highway speeds. Eventually, it quits smoking all together. The only codes I am getting are:
P0101 Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Range/Performance
P0104 Mass or Volume Air Flow A Circuit Intermittent/Erratic
P2453 Diesel Particulate Filter Pressure Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance
P0401 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient Detected.
I figure the DPF sensor is bad since is spent the night under water,
I am going to replace the EGR
My question is, could the EGR vale being bad be the cause of the smoke until it gets up to operating temperature? I mean, is it possible that the EGR valve is sucking oil into the intake or do I maybe have a more serious problem? It used about a quart of oil on a 80 mile trip.

Many things going on all at once. I would start with the DPf sensor, and maybe take the EGR valve off, see if it's dirty or stuck.
If your loosing oil at a quart at 80 miles something is fishy. The EGR circulates exhaust gases, can't see where the oil would come into play.
Pull the bottom CAC pipe and see if there's any oil in it. I would guess when you had it apart that was all cleaned so over a few hundred miles it should still be clean.

I would take the mass airflow sensor out and clean it to start with....then clear codes and start over. To many codes going on at once to route cause it 100%.....

I have pulled the CAC hose and there was nothing there. I plan to pull the EGR and inspect it. I am just thinking that I may have something serious going on, but the truck is not lacking in power. Just smoking like it has been sea foamed.

You replaced the turbo's...could it be a seal.

Yes, both turbos were replaced. I don't think it is a seal since there is no oil in the CAC

I think senix is on to something here.

Does it do this every time "when it sits over night"?

Okay so what happen if you let it sit for a few hours?

Same thing?

Oil is leaking some where but what I'm wondering where and how bad.

To be honest I would found someone local that actually knows about 6.4.

I'm a little concern running this motor any more might be causing some big problems.

You could have some bad sensors or wires cut or sensors not installed/hooked up correctly. This is what I'm hoping.

If not you have some bad engine damage

Yes, it pretty much does it anytime it is shut off. My local ford dealership does not have a competent diesel mechanic. (He told me it was impossible to remove the turbo without removing the cab.) There is a diesel shop in town, but I'm not sure he is familiar with the 6.4. He works on big trucks, but I am still going to ask him about it. If it is serious I am going to file it on my insurance and let them replace the engine. I just don't understand why it stops after 15 minutes or so.
