Hello and good morning to all!
I am going to paint my valve covers when I install some headers.
I went to NAPA to get a mat black and grey primer; both VHT brand but they did not have it.
What brand of paint would you use for this application?
The mat black is a semi-gloss; not flat or gloss.
Any recommendations?

I used Ford Red VHT 550* drive train paint for my valve covers. It's been on for almost a year now, and they look like they did the day I painted them.
I can't really recommend any other brand, because this is the only one I've used.
