Rosewood diesel is the place most go for injectors around here. Great customer service. You will also want to get a chip too so you will get the most out of your new sticks.

Have a ts6 chip already. Should be good to go. Are they fairly simple to install? I have a buddy that's done them a few times on his 7.3. And I feel pretty confident in his ability. Just wondering what kinda time it takes to do them and what I can expect to come across. Hopefully no surprises ???!!??

You should ask him about the 160/30s. Think people are calling the stage 1.5s.

You will have to get your chip reburned for whatever injectors you get.

If you don't have plans on upgrading the trubo do the stage 1.5 if not then only go stage 1
Stage1 already have the stock trubo pushed to its limits.

I think you mean if you DO have plans for a larger turbo then think Stage-1.5. Otherwise Stage-1 is big as you want to go, and even then you will see hp gains with bigger turbo, e-fuel, intercooler, etc.

Mike, if someone plans to do a turbo down the road, why in the world only go to a 30% nozzle? Lol. 80% or 100% is the only way to go, IMO, if there are turbo upgrades involved.

OP, there's really not much to an injector swap if your friend has done as few. Do glow plugs while you're in there, make sure to torque the injector hold downs correctly, and make sure the injectors get seated all the way. Simple simple.

I agree Travis.

The 1.5 and a s366 do really great as a towing setup. If its you or I that is shooting for 600+hp then all of the above doesn't mean jack.

I'm sure they'd work really well together. I'm just thinking... if you're going to pay for new nozzles anyways, why not get 80 or 100% nozzles if your gonna be running a turbo like that. Just my way of thinking though, especially since the nozzles are the same price. Lol

Um... because the sticks with 80 or 100 nozzles are more expensive than the 30's. The 30's (stage 1.5's) are the same price as stage 1. Anything bigger costs extra.

Idk where you get your information from, but you're wrong. Stage 1s with new stock nozzles, 160/30s, 160/80s, and 160/100s all cost the same. The only difference between them all is the nozzles and new nozzles are all the same price whether they are stock or 100% over stock.

Travis,
As far as I know, I am the only one that has prices listed as the same. All the other shops jack up prices based on injector size, but since all the parts cost the same, I keep all my prices the same.
