Fuel additive
I have heard from some that fuel additives are good for the truck while others say to stay away from fuel additives. What is everyone elses stance. Also I heard that it clogs up the lines, etc...

I put a bottle of STP fuel injector cleaner in every couple of months. Just to clean things out. I also regularly use high octane gas because I can feel the difference in the way the engine runs.

That injector cleaner doesnt do a damn thing. Pull your injectors and check them out. This is the best way to clean your injectors:
