Insuring Turner Disconnect
My truck has a defunct Banks turner on it that was run for a very short time. I have nothing against Banks and I'd love to run it but I'm unsure if the proper engine work has been done to prevent a head gasket failure or worse. Once I have the work done ( not anytime in the near future) I want to hook it back up. No signs of head gasket problems right now. I do want to keep the tuner but I want to make sure it doesn't work until I can figure out if any other work has been done to the engine. What should I look for to make sure it's disconnected besides the piller gauges not functioning?
