high boost at low rpms?????

I have a 08 6.4 f250 stock with 96k when I drive the truck for over an hour the turbo starts to make high boost at low rpms like the actuator is stuck or the vains are bad. Also it stays high three or four seconds after you let off the throttle then their is a wub wub wub sound of all the turbo pressure going who knows where . Has anyone else had this problem?

no luck still on this problem i am wondering if it fixable or will i most likely need a new turbo or actuator
