Fuel pump replacement
I have the fuel pump out of my 02 v 10. Looks like I can just replace the pump by it's self. Is there any good reason to replace the whole assembly? How do you remove the electrical connection at the pump? Looks like I can break something real fast hear. Thanks Stan

The reason I replace the whole assembly on my 02 is Airtex assembly from Amazon was under 150 shipped. It was plug and play swap.

After the trouble I had removing the tank. Fighting the thing all the way out. Plus I had to remove over 30 gal of gas.The fittings were almost impossible to get at. I decided to go with a new unit from Ford. I found one in another state for 338.00 shipped free, and no tax. I should have my pump the first of next week. Like I said the rank removal was a real bitch. That is why they charge over 500.00 to remove the tank. It is for my motor home. Stan
