help No headlights?

help No headlights?
Hey guys my dad has a 98 f150 with 188,000 miles, about a week ago the driver side headlight went out we replaced it but soon noticed we were back to 1 headlight were not sure which one burnt out (we think it was the passenger side one) but now there is no headlights working on low beams and one working on high beams the one working is the driver side
any one have any ideas?
we checked the relays and fuses and all seem to be good

Replace the light switch inside the cab that runs them sounds like the tumblers are worn/wearing which is causing electrical surges/grounds that should not occur under normal operation. Also check the grounds to the headlights as i believe in those years they were grounded to the cab/frame and not a dedicated ground through the harness.
