Problems With Electronics

I have a 1993 Ford F-150 which had the pushbutton 4X4 in it. I decided to convert it to a manual transfer case. Everything was going fairly smoothly until I finished installing the different t case and drove it. The transmission would not shift properly, particularly in 4 lo. I know that I need to wire the sensor from the t-case onto the tranny, but I am not quite sure how. The tranny is an E4OD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Problems With Electronics

There's no sensor on the t-case, other than the 4WD and Low Range switch. Check the wiring diagrams in the Haynes manual or on a Ford/Helm service CD (~$10 on eBay).

That is what I thought I would have to do. I could also find a pickup that is set up like mine is now and take a look at the way it is wired up. Thanks for the help.
