AS long as you have it in the air, Check the control arm bushings, especially if it a 4x4. Better to catch them early the to have a wheel collapse on you when you're driving.

There are no "control arms" on a Ford IFS. There is a radius arm, the I-beam, and the associated bushings.

Be Careful in buying the cheap ball joints like I did just to replace them at least from autozone duracrap i mean there still good but I had to use a die grinder and a carbide file to round out the hole to make them fit. Because the OD of the new ball joint was bigger than the hole. I will never Do that again!
