2011 F250 Winter Front

I ran across this You Tube video while shopping for a winter front. I thought I'd share it for those looking as well...

Fia makes a winter front/bug screen for the truck. My supplier shows out of stock, seems to be the same for most winter fronts right now. Part number is WF922-18

Doesn't look very cold where the guy is in the video

It may not be as cold as Ontario, but it still gets a little chilly in Michigan. It just wasn't that bad at the time the video was made.

Since Ford doesn't sell (anymore) or recommend a front cover, why would you want one?

They make a huge difference in the amount of time it takes for the engine to warm up amd provide warm air to the cabin. As well, in very cold conditions, the engine will cool down at stoplights and we all know slowing down ignition in a diesel reduces efficiency.
