I was in the same situation. And decided to do it. Glad I did, gives the truck more character. Will upload some pics tonight.

One of the first things I did to my truck was put on a set of them.

It's got a Unity spotlight on there too.

I'm not fond of the dark.

Here you go - these are from the factory - (the lights behind the grille are not of course - installed by previous owner)

where does the wiring run to the lights? i'm guessing it would come out under the headliner and then down the pillar and would be spliced into the headlight wiring?

I installed a separate switch going through a relay to the lights. This way you can switch the lights on and off when you like to.. Here is a pic of mine

Cab lights were one of my first mods, I ran the wiring down to a relay switch that I mounted under the dash.

Lookin good guys keep it up! I saw a highboy with 2008-present super duty cab lights. It flew by me but to me they looked good. Anyone have those on their dent?

I think someone on here just got done putting on a set of superduty lights. I don't remember the year. I will definitely put a set on my truck one day.

Here's the thread, he's still in the process of adding them (although they look installed in his avatar). I think the superduty lights look great.

For those of you posting picture of your clearance lights, I think it would be helpful to clarify what clearance lights you have. (stock style, off a superduty, off a dodge ram, etc.) When I do add the lights, I will probably just get a set from a JY rather than fork out big money for factory style ones. I've seen people run the superduty style lights, and I really like them.

I bought mine from LMC. Went for the amber with normal bulbs to keep to the more classic look to it.

Mine are from Harbor Freight (buildin on a budget) and I have had no problems out of them yet. I have had them on for 2 years and have only replaced one bulb.

Wow gorgeous highboy! Identical to mine color wise. Whats your paint code?

Also anyone have preference of how the lights are lined up on the roof?
