cheezit: there are a ton of these out there -- I bought mine off ebay and have a couple of pieces of advice: You are looking for an ELM327 Bluetooth connector at V1.5 (I don't think they go any higher).
I'd limit to buying only from a US seller and one that has excellent feedback (I had to get a second one, the seller didn't even question or ask for the 1st one back). Here is one similar to mine from the same seller:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/V1-5-ELM327-Mini-OBD2-Bluetooth-Interface-Auto-Car-Scanner-Diagnostic-Tool-/400521026773?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5d40e9dcd5
I really like Curt's05 advice of getting one for wifi as some of the cheaper droid tablets will do wifi but not bluetooth. On the Bafx unit mentioned, a couple of things to point out: they have a bunch of blinking lights that flash when it's plugged in, I personally found that annoying. Also on the units Bafx I tried they did not report vehicle info - not that much of a biggee.
Whatever you do, don't install any software that comes with any of these -- too many reports of malware on the discs. You're gonna' like Torque I think!

What kind of work environment you work in is the biggest factor whether bluetooth or even wifi will even work for you. If you have too much Scrap Iron around fergit it. Even if your right by the truck you may not get a reliable signal.
Granted my work environment is not typical a 500'X190" metal building with a dozen or more pieces of equipment at any given time there is just too much iron to absorb or deflect signal. Rule of thumb if your more than 20' away your wasteing your time.
Just my 2 cents. A small shop enjoy

My 1st adapter works great, I had a problem getting it to connect to my laptop so I thought it was bad -- I contacted the eBay seller and they sent a 2nd one. Turns out my laptop didn't have the right driver installed to run bluetooth -- oh well, I did find a good ebay seller in the meantime...

You can also go Misky's route and just get a USB bluetooth adapter for your PC. Bottom line tho is Torque runs on the Android Operating System and not Windows. I have a Droid phone so I run my Torque that way. My eyes are old, so I'd like to move to a larger screen, so the WiFi option or a hardwired ODBII to USB connector would allow me to use a cheap larger screen Droid device -- might be my next step...
