The calibration on the PCM will be irrelevant once you add a chip. The calibrations on the chip will take priority and whatever is on the PCM won't matter as long as the chip is plugged in to the back.

ok so where is the best place to get the chip from. and what kind of money are we talking about. I just put these injectors in on the suggestion of my local diesel shop. He has them in his truck but he says he has stacked chips and custom tuning already and he did that when he installed the injectors and never tried running it on stock programing. like I said i'm new to this computerized performance i'm use to fuel screws and timing mark adjustment.

Try our sponsor at the top of the page. DP tuner. Talk to Jody or his wife they should be not to far from you and have it shipped over night if you like. And you don't stack chips in these trucks no matter what your mechanic told you. They start, the chips, I believe around $350.oo. Its been a while but on there site it will list prices. HOLY CRAP THATS IT. THE TRUCK RUNS GREAT AND IT WILL FLAT FLY!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!!! I called dp tuner. they set me up with gauges and a f6 chip. PERFECT. thanks for the help.
