Since I've only got the driver side duct (and its trash,) I'm wondering if there are two different part numbers or is it the same part just flipped around?
I haven't been able to find a catalog with the nozzles. Those that did advertise them didn't really have sources for them. If you know a catalog that does please let me know.
I don't think they are offered anywhere. I was able to repair mine with brown paper bags and elmers glue. If you put enough layers on them they don't look that bad. Guess you will have to junk yard for the one you are missing.
Dan, Are you referring to the ducts (tubes) or the nozzles, that bolt up under the dash right below the windshield, as in the Vintage Ford ad Wally linked to?

Yes, that's them! I was toying with the idea of doing a Rapid Prototype and having a bunch made up, but $55/pair is really reasonable. Thank you FTE forum (especially Wally!)
Nobody has them anymore, have been discontinued for years. You have to find them nos or used on a parts truck and most times they are too far gone. I got lucky and scored a set for my 60.
I was at Vintage Ford two weeks ago and they've been discontinued since 2009. Decided to resin and fiberglass my current ones that are in pretty poor shape :-/
Well I finally came up with a workable solution, at least for me. The outlets on my heater box are 3". I was wandering thru my fave hardware store and saw these 3" vents. Fortunately I don't have anything under the dash yet. I'm sure glad I haven't stuck the windshield gasket in place yet. Windshield's coming back out to drill a couple 3" holes.
Hold on before you cut holes in your dash!

Look at their online catalog for the perfect fit system and the they sell their version of the defrost duct part number 2-1055 Defrost Duct 2 3/4” x 11 3/8” $14.50.
Just a suggestion, but take my advise and use your own judgment.
