07 Supercrew FX2 Electrical Gremlins
Hey Guys,
I've been having 2 issues with the F150 I bought a couple months ago.
The first is that the ODB2 port and the cig lighter aren't working. Ok I think, easy fix. Pop open the fuse panel and see that the fuse (#41) isn't there. Ok that's slightly odd, I'll just pop a new one in though. So I do that, except it doesnt really CLICK in. It just sort of sits there with no traction. Feel like if I went over a bump it would just pop right back out. I tried placing it in there anyways and then testing the port and the outlet but I still get nothing. Whats up? Is there something I'm missing or am I going to need to replace the whole panel?
The second problem is my heated mirrors. They don't work. Both don't work. I hit the button and the light on the switch comes on, and it turns itself off after ~5min. So I think the fuse and the relay are just fine. Just there isn't anything going on at the mirrors? Am I looking at replacing both mirrors? Seems odd that they would both not work, but who knows.
