I'm have problems with the sensor on the doors. They keep saying that there's a door ajar and the ringing in the truck keeps going off non-stop. It's getting really agitating. Any ideas will help
Spray all your door latch mechanisms with a generous amount of WD-40. There's a switch on these that gets gunked up, the WD-40 helps clean them and loosen them up. This is a common problem.

Like the key in the ignition type of ringing? If so that would indicate the problem is with the driver's door ajar switch built into the latch mechanism. That would at least give you a starting point.
Here's a link I posted on another site about replacing it: Door Jamb Switch Replacement. The Airtex switch (Ford supplier...) is $23 from Rock Auto. It's almost always the driver's door switch, since that's the one that gets slammed all the time.

Both. like the driving alarm when driving then key in the ignition ringing with key in but the door closed.
