could someone tell me if the exhaust manifolds are the same on the E and F series 6.0

Also, you might shoot M-chan68 a PM and ask him. He has access to parts catalogs. I can't see there being a difference in the 04 manifolds (besides left and right) but I don't personally know. It might also help to know if you have an 03 or 04 motor but I don't think that will matter.
