was jus wondering if anyone has gone over 300k and what they have to replace on the way?

 

There are a few out there. My bro in law has 370k ish on his 03.

 

04 308,500miles 497,500km

 

now at 513,000km.

I guess not to many at this level, it would appear.

 

What have guys had to replace or have had issues with?

yup, and turbo and egr cooler, head gaskets at 200,000, ficm 300,000, oil cooler 380,000 and tranny 430000. At 495000 third set of injectors.

 

Yes sir, I've had a rigerous maintenance schedule. Studs at 100k, oil cooler at about 300k. 5 total injectors, ball joints, carrier bearing, couple alternators, original block, clutch, transmission, I am going through some pesky issues now tho.

 

If I remember correctly you are over 400k, are you not?

 

Alot of guys in South Georgia are over 300K they deliver camper trailers.
They all will tell you...
Delete the EGR, do head studs, do remote oilcooler

 

I'm rollin now at 456480. 9269.2 hours. Did I mention that I also run 58 mph faithfully.

 

From what you have mentioned in the past, you drive that truck with more respect than anyone I have ever known!

Just the mileage you have attained on the clutch and brakes impressed me greatly!

2003 F-550 Rollback, injectors, turbo, and FICM. Has original, unmolested EGR cooler. 270,000 and still rolling.
