6.0 drone

6.0 drone
Ihave a 2004 5/04 build 6.0 and I have the 1500 to 1700rpm drone, but it is getting worse it seems to do it any time its below 1700rpm , has anyone had the tsb done ,and has it worked. Is it covered under warrenty I have 43000mi

i have the same problem. what is the tsb for this about?

the tsb 04-09-04 actually apllies to 09/03 builds and prior, if thats the one you are talking about.

mine is an 04 with a 09/03 build date. do you have any links or ref to what that tsb is about?

The tsb says heat the exhaust hangers to relax the exhaust. They did it on mine and it didn't work

look at the top heading you will find a link to tsb / recalls.

The only ones I know that fixed the drone was by replacing th exhaust. Some made it better some didn't .

They replaced my pedestal and down pipe and the drown is still the same.

I was wondering about the A brace if it worked.I tried loosening exhaust and retightening and it didn't work.
