Went with open front and detroit rear. but have to wait for parts to get here. gears were $104 more for the swap. Plus the mechanic was sent to PA for work so hopefully he comes back when the parts get here.

Well, first time in 4 wheel drive since we went and played Whisky Creek, found out my front drive shaft u joints were shot.. WTH, constant velocity joint is what I believe they are called, and between stripped bolts, and not able to get the damn things to push through, the 4 beer job has become closer to 10, and still not done.. Laying in the street with 4" of snow.. Family has only heard a Few @#$%#$%% words, I think that is all they heard..
Just went to youtube any videos of it being done.. notta.. Back to the garage, with another few beers..
