if you do a 3" minipack in the front and F350 blocks or add-a-leaf in the rear you might be where you're looking to be for not much cash into it. i'd ask in the excursion forum for sure.
Seems most of you guys live Up North...Im down by the Metro D Area.
Been planing to travel north since I moved to MI.
New to the X here on the US, drove them out overseas, great SUV, sold my FJ to get the X, now Im doing all the mods, I look at my vehicles as Bug Out so I enjoy camping and doing the outdoor stuff once in awhile.
Looking right now for a 3 inch lift, but cnt seem to find any of a reasonable price...but been working on the rest.
Well thats it for now..sorry n pics, i dont care for cloud stuff like photbucket, on the FJ forum it was part of the forum.

Will look into it, IM new to the leaf stuff, I had some work done at Jepeers in Wyndotte might just stop by the shop.
The excursion actually has a front spring that is flat or negative arch. If you put a set of X code (plow package) springs on the front and then a block or add a leaf to get back to level. That would get you about a 3-4" lift with factory parts, and not totally kill the ride.
Welcome to out little corner of FTE, oh BTW....new guy buys the first round

HUm ! no wonder , I was freaking out thinking the front leaf looked way flat...
and needed replacement.
this looks like a better solution, since it would be all factory, and Im about to replace the shocks...
No problem.
