I've posted this before and still have the problem. Mine is a 1986 4 cyl 5speed. Starts good- high idles till computer lowers it down --then--it stumbles (load up- black soot out exhaust) for a minute then smooths out till the next time you turn it off. I.E. new---O2 sensor--temperature sensor.
What else should be changed???? Does it if it's hot or cool!!

Pull the vacuum hose off of the fuel pressure regulator. If you find gas that's the problem.
If that's OK checking fuel pressure is very simple. Harbor freight has the gauge for around 20 bucks. You want the gauge for fuel injection.
