Okay guys, went out on a date tonight with my girl to the movies. Movie ended at 12am, truck sat for about 3 hours 30 minutes, started up fine as usual... started leaving parking lot and it just died. I thought there for a sec that I stalled it, but then it wouldnt start. My buddies (both ford techs) came to the rescue at about 2am. We checked fuel pressure, which the line did have pressure, both pumps would prime, and we even checked the Fuel Shutoff Button near the parking break under the dash. NOTHING worked. But the crazy thing is that when i was on the phone with one of my buddies the truck started and ran for about 3-5 minutes, then shut off. It is now sitting in a parking lot about 25-30 minutes away from the house. I need Master tech help here fellas. I leave Sunday at 12pm for BMT, and my dad i dont think can muster up enough time to fix it while i'm gone. I need ideas like pronto guys. This truck is my baby, and my only means of transportation. My truck is a 90 efi with 53k miles on it, new tanks, new pumps, new fuel filter, plugs, wires, cap, button. everything essential. But this is killing me, the truck seemed as if it was getting fuel, so maybe no spark? Are there and fuses or relays that are directly involved with $#^! like this??!?!? I'm frustrated as all get out too. UGH!
EDIT: I've noticed the truck taking longer and longer to start, not sure if that helps anyone get a grip on whats going on. Maybe my whole ignition system is bad? But i just replaced everything roughly 2.5k miles ago... Irritating.

Reason: Not to double post; added information
Trucks turns over but doesnt start. And none of our little tricks worked. And we replaced plugs, wires, dizzy cap, button. The truck was sitting up when we bought it and it needed those items. The truck has pressure in the fuel rail, so im getting air and fuel. Has to be spark.
Well it's at a ford dealership now, there was what looked to be a manager outside. He knew what kind of truck it was as soon as he saw it on the rollback. So my baby will be getting doctored up while im gone to basic training.
hey lewis i know answer to your problems and i can tell you how fix it
So my wife and son and i was driving to mountains and enjoying the area doin 4wheelin and visiting friends and after driving 'bout 500miles and coming back where i live she said we need milk and go to the local fastrip and well you park it and turn it off buy milk and leave too get in my truck and to turn it over to start and runs fer about 30 sec and fu*^in dies and call my pops we tow home begin check fuses, relays, fuel pressure psi and then i personally check thee entire wire harness from key to every ground point and tanks, voltage reading with dash takin apart and check fuel-sel switch and toke one off my other part truck and when i did that broke apart . . . cuss up a storm and then hit me the internals mechanism of that switch work like a light switch and if is no contact on any point of either side of that switch there is a open the circuit their-for is no connection to the rest of system to turn the engine on so carefully take apart the fuel-sel switch and see if the spring are compressed to the point that there is no contact if is it then replace it.

I found out what the problem was with my truck now and probably could be wrong with yours is maybe the timing and crank timing gear
