I have a 05 f350 and the only mod is the EGR delete. I was out a headlight so naturally I bought a set and replaced them. Checked them and still out the drivers side low beam only. High beam work fine, flash for high is fine. I checked fuses, both good. Tried a good bulb other then the new one, one that I knew worked. Still nothing. Is there a seperate relay for the low beams for each light? Of course there is a ton of room on the drivers side to chase wires, Joking of course. On a side note my check engine light that has been on since my delete went off yesterday and have no idea why, hopefully its not a bad thing. Thanks for any help.
From the 06 wiring diagram.
I don't see any relays for the headlights
low beam has two fuses and high share 1
F2-47 is right side F2-46 is left Bothe are 10A
F2-30 is high @ 15A
You looked at fuse F2-46
Pin #3 of the lamp socket
should be hot with low on.
Chased wires looking for damage, coudlnt find any. No light on test light when low beams on. Could it be anything to do with plow wiring harness to truck lights? I hooked my plow up and drivers side plow light does not come on but high beam does? Raining now have to wait until tomorrow night to screw with it now.

Oh he said as the little light came on.
Yes the plow package could be a/the problem. Your going to have to check
all the splices. Also can you un-plugg it and retest?
OK here is where I am at now. I unplugged the harness for my plow to lights at the module, lost both lights. Plugged back in. I unplugged harness from plow to lights at the headlight. The factory truck wiring tests hot. I plugged back into plow harness and no hot light at lamp socket. I have an extra set of plow wires I will try tomorrow. The wife is not to happy I keep coming in saying "ok I am done for the night" and proceed to go back outside. Happy wife happy life, ha, yea right. Thanks again for all the help
Ended up being my plow wiring harness. Why I didnt take the bulb out last night and plug it directly into the truck is the question I am asking myself now. Could have avoided all the aggravation. Thanks for the help!
Peanut oil is the answer to what makes rodents love wires. It is added to keep the insulation pliable. At least that is what one manufacturer has told us at the shop.

That would do it. I use PB to bait my traps and it works very well.
Als all the DOA mice. Now if it only worked for rabbits.
