Manifold studs

I 'm looking to replace my manifold studs in my 2005 V10. Looking to replace with bolts. Would like someone who has done this to chime in with what they have had success using for bolts. Size length grade etc.

Most use stainless steel studs. What would be your logic for using bolts?

The replacement stud is 1.5 x 72mm.

I read here on the forum that some guys were having better luck with bolts than studs as they were not popping the heads off of them.
