Genuine Ford Shop Manual. Either check ebay or someone mentioned a internet cite for Ford Shop Manual on CD-ROM. I believe it was www.repairmanuals.com.

While the Ford Shop Manual is the "go to" resource I also have Clymers "Super Shop Manual for Trucks" Ford 4-wheel Drive 1969-1985 as well as Chiltons and Haynes manuals. My truck is a bit of a mutt now so it's nice to have the info covering the engine ('73 390) and the axles ('78 F250) as well as the rest of the truck, in one book. Check your local used book store. That's where I get my manuals.
