It doesn't look like anything to me, but it's hard to tell without the side of the tank in the picture. Pressure test is the best way if you are really nervous.
Are you losing any coolant? since you didn't mention that you were I'll assume... (I know)... that you aren't and go with the flo here and tell you to keep an eye on it, run the truck like you normally do and enjoy it. I think it's a false alarm at this point. and even if it turns out to be something more you will at least have some time to PREPARE for the REPAIR. jmho.
Not losing any coolant. Drove the hell out of it last night and 0 signs of puking. So whatever, runs great. Getting a snap on tester today so I'll have to test the cap

I think you have read something here or somewhere else that has spooked you, it's easy enough to do. If you need to bring yourself out of it start a thread asking about all of the GOOD experiences people are having with their 6.0l's, There's one here somewhere that Yahiko started a week or so ago, If you can find that one it is full of GOOD stories, Lol.
I dont think i do either. I talked to my friend and he thinks its just normal ventalation from the cap. Seriously you cant even see it unless you are 6" from the bottle. I may either sand the top or just buy a new degas bottle in the future if it bothers me enough
I wasnt able to test the cap either, i dont have the right adapter
