Power window relay

Power window relay
The window on the drivers side of my 99 f250 is stuck in the down position. If I press the window button to go down I can hear the relay click, but not if I press the button to go up. Does anyone know if this could be a bad switch or if the motor is bad?

That should help to narrow it down to a bad switch or possibly a bad window motor.
