What is the best coolant for an F250 with the 351/5.8 Litre V8. The owner's manual states some coolant by Ford compatible with an aluminum core radiator. Is Prestone or Peak acceptable for use with an aluminum core radiator? Or is another brand or type more suitable?

Regular antifreeze such as the Peak or Prestone brands will work fine. The old style ethylene glycol is cheap and works well. I see no reason to switch to the newer "long life" antifreeze in these old trucks.
