Radio problems

I have a 2014 f350 an today my radio just starting making a popping noise them the volume would go down and maybe a min later it would pop again an go pretty loud. Just wondering if I had something set wrong maybe auto volume,or something. And wondering where to get def. went to truck stops and debit card would not work and didn't go inside to see if you had to do something special. Thanks

Got to go inside at the truck stop. For the radio the truck is to new for my advice.

Theres guidance for your stereo in your owners manual, the way it's acting from your description doesn't sound good though. I think I'd take it in to the dealer and tell them the problems you're having with it.
