Battery drain

I'm looking at a buddy's truck, it's a 2005 6.0 and the batteries will drain down overnight. It's got fairly new batteries and the alternator was recently rebuilt hoping to eliminate the drain issue. Last night I conntected a test light across the positive terminal of the batt and the wire from the driver's batt that supplies power to the cab. There is a significant draw there and I have pulled every fuse in the truck, under the hood and at the dash. Do any of yall know of a common issue or a fuseable link?? I'm shakin my head on this one. Thanks

Do a search for "parasitic" here in the 6.0 forum. We've had a couple of those threads lately. Many posted up good info and procedures. Not sure what you call significant but I think 500ma is a common figure. Also, it can take10-15min after shut down for all the modules to go to sleep (depending on what options the truck has).
