I have a 2003 expedition and have no heat coming out of my defrost or front vents. When I turn on the vents in the back I have heat but no heat up front. It blows air but no heat. I don't hear any clicking or any door open or close. What do I do first. I think I use to hear a door close or open. What do I do?
Check the vacuum lines under the hood next to the fire wall on the passenger side. I had one leaking and the vents under the dash would not function. I believe the blend door is part of this same system. you can crawl under the dash and work the diaphragms manually to see if that works.
His description is not of an incorrect airflow problem. He specifically said "No heat" so I'm taking it at his description. "No heat" is never a vacuum problem.
Vacuum problems show up as issues where the air inlet/outlet is incorrect.
