Blend door problem.
My A/C works fine most of the time but the blend door keeps closing and blends the heat from the heater core in with the cooled air. I think it's a vacuum leak somewhere but I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know know the color of the vacuum line going to the blend door servo?
If I rev the engine up you can hear the door slam shut.
It's a 93' F250.

Blend door problem.
The temperature blend door was never vacuum-operated on '80-96 F-Series & Broncos. It uses a cable. If yours is swinging free, it has probably separated from its hinge. You can look at some photos of it in this album or maybe diagrams on this site. The fresh/recirc blend door is vacuum-operated, and the def/dash/floor door is vacuum-operated on all but '87-88.
